AREA OF SERVICE:
Climb Electric mainly provides service in the Utah County and Salt Lake County.
AREA OF WORK:
At Climb Electric we provide services on commercial and residential, both new construction and remodel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Journeyman Electricians work under the supervision of the Master Electrician, job expectations include but are not limited to:
* Install and/or assemble wiring electrical systems in new homes and apartments.
* Install light fixtures, switches, plugs, fire alarms, and electrical appliances.
* Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting and other electrical systems
* Install electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment for alarm and other systems
* Install safety and distribution components (e.
g.
switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels, etc.
)
* Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
* Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
* Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units
* Operate power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment.
* Maintaining a high level of safety on the job site.
* End of day clean up.

Residential - 1 Year (Required)
Commercial - 2 Year (Required)
QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified applicants must have:
* Current Utah Electrical Journeyman License .
* Current Utah Driver’s License (with a clean driving record-no DUI's multiple tickets ect.

* Their own reliable transportation to get to job sites
* Their own reliable tools
* Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.
g.
wire strippers, voltmeter etc.
)
* Demonstrable ability to read and understand electrical drawings and blueprints
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to lift and move 50-100lbs
* Ability to stand entire shift, squat, bend, reach overhead, heavy lifting and climbing ladders
* Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
