*Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:*
* Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
* Manage and perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
* Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
* Document processes.
Completes required paperwork and collects payment when necessary
* Operate vehicle in a safely manner.
Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools
* Puts the customer first and makes appropriate recommendations in accordance to GUNTHERS company policies
* Follows all Gunthers Safety Standards
* Builds positive relationships with customers and team
* Maintains a positive attitude and supports Gunthers’ Core Values and Mission
* Completes any additional tasks or work required from Supervisor
*Commercial HVAC Technician Qualifications:*
* _*4+ years in residential or commercial service required*_
* _*EPA and RMGA certification required*_
* High School Diploma, or GED
* Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills
* Follows Gunthers dress and grooming polices.
