Company Name: JRock Construction LLC Job Title: Project Executive Job Type: Full-Time (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) Salary: $100,000 to $170,000 Job Overview: JRock Construction LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Executive to lead our construction projects to success.
As a Project Executive, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure project objectives are met.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve project issues and mitigate risks.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project performance to senior management and clients.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements on all projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial concrete construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to identify and address project challenges.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Procore, Autodesk, etc.
Knowledge of construction industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
