CDL Dump Truck Driver

* Operate a company-owned truck with a driver's license and CDL.
* Ensure delivery routes are covered safely and efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Provide timely service to customers on behalf of the company while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
* Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
* Report accidents, accidents per hour, miles per hour, hours logged, fuel usage and other maintenance or work-related issues.
* Complete paperwork when returned from deliveries and complete form when required during delivery.
* Assess customer needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
* Acknowledge customer concerns or questions and communicate effectively to resolve them.
* Formulate recommendations for improvements to ensure better operations or efficiency of team members or customers.
* Other duties as assigned by manager.
*Skills:* ·Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
·Must have 2 years of driving experience in the last 6 months.
