With our two offices in Utah and plans to open another 5 this year, we are going to need to find someone with big goals that can help us build out our install team as well.
*Job Responsibilities: *
* Run and develop install crews for every location we have.
* Plan for growth and find innovative ways to improve our processes and increase profits.
* Work closely with our sales department to train them on best practices.
* Shorten our install times while maintaining the highest standard of quality for our customers.
*Experience:*
* Proven experience in installation, preferably in the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of caulking, construction painting, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, power tools, door hanging, cabinet installation, drywall, schematics, and maintenance person tasks
* Proficient in using a variety of hand tools and power tools
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $70,000.
00 - $90,000.
