Concrete Laborer

*Job Summary:* We are seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team.
*We need someone who can work a minimum of 40 hours and a normal amount of 60 hours per week*.
As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to concrete work and construction projects.
*Duties:* *-Be able to carry heavy panels from a trailer to an excavation hole* - Assist with the preparation and pouring of concrete - Operate hand and power tools to assist with concrete finishing *- Assist with the installation of rebar and other reinforcement materials* - Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work - Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment - Complete projects on time for deadlines - Perform other duties as assigned *Qualifications:* *-We need someone who can work a minimum of 40 hours and a normal amount of 60 hours per week* *-Be able to carry heavy panels from a trailer to an excavation hole* - Previous experience in concrete work or construction is preferred *- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions* - Familiarity with metal stud framing, concrete pumping, and renovation projects is advantageous *Benefits:* *- Competitive pay based on experience (You start at $18 for your first 30 days then you have a performance review with your manager for a pay increase) * *- We invest more with our employees who stay long and pay higher wages for tenured workers* - Opportunities for career advancement within the company *HIGHER CHANCES OF BEING HIRED IF YOU ARE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH * *If you are a hardworking individual* for construction and concrete work, we encourage you to apply for this position.
