New Construction Painting Sales
Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! You will be trained to do takeoffs for high end new construction homes, create estimates, present them to the builder, and close the paint job, collect the deposit payment, schedule the paint job with our operations manager and hand the job off to operations team to manage the job during the scope of work.
When the project is complete you will invoice and collect the final payment.
You will manage your pipeline through our CRM and Job Management software.
You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect, contact and build relationships with new builders
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or painting within the vertical of new construction is required for this role
Relationship Building skills are critical
Speaking Spanish is very helpful but not required for this position
Familiarity with CRM platforms, software & mobile apps
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
