**Salary Range:** $25 to $35 per hour

As a Foreman Painter, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of painters, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and lead a team of painters, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all painting projects are completed according to specifications and meet quality standards
- Coordinate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences
- Manage and maintain painting equipment and supplies
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on job sites
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a painter, with at least 4 years of experience in a lead role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
