Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our family-oriented team.
This role, based at our Nephi, UT facility, involves order management and customer service responsibilities, with a key focus on supporting an ERP transition.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently process and manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely production and delivery schedules.
Monitor current capacity and coordinate with production teams to optimize order fulfillment.
Provide professional and proper responses to product and order-related inquiries for primary accounts and other account contacts.
Develop and improve customer relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain proactive and integrated communication flow with Sales, Distribution Center Managers, and customers regarding service issues.
Play a vital role in the transition to a new ERP system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
Provide support and training to end-users during and after the ERP implementation.
Perform quotation and order entry, edit, and maintenance.
Handle all telephone or email inquiries related to freight, product application, or billing issues for primary and other designated accounts.
Analyze and resolve customer requests, inquiries, or problems utilizing established procedures.
Identify and report customer problems, potential sales leads, and system deficiencies to the Supervisor and Sales Representative.
Maintain current documentation and files as per established procedures and policies.
Utilize the Quality Improvement Process to fulfill responsibilities and improve work processes.
Qualifications (education, experience, skills, personal attributes):
Bachelor's Degree a plus.
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Minimum three years of office experience in a manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication skills, patience, professionalism, and courtesy in adverse situations.
Project management skills are a plus.
Goal-oriented, reliable, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively.
Willing to be flexible in schedule and work occasional overtime.
Must be willing to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
Must be willing to work in-person full-time.
