Customer Service Representative

LKL Associates is looking to hire a Full Time BI-Lingual Front Counter Representative.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
You will be the first point of contact when customers arrive at our store.
The ability to speak English and Spanish is a requirement.
This is a long term position.
Looking for mature, reliable employee that wishes to grow and create a career for themselves.
*Duties:* * Will be in charge to answer customer phone calls * Help customer at the store with their purchasing * Prepare special orders, Type Deliveries etc.
* Ability to communicate with managers and customers * Keep the front desk area clean and maintain a professional appearance at all time * Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the shop * Stock Product in showroom as needed.
* Close Store *Qualifications:* * Construction experience a plus * Good organizational skills * Attention to detail * Outstanding customer service and communication skills * Basic computer skills * Self-motivated, responsible and accountable.
This is a fast-paced, take-charge kind of role * Accurately handle money * Multitasking, prioritizing and stress management skills are essential * We are seeking a motivated person Bi-Lingual English/Spanish speaking * Minimum age 18 years old * Schedule Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ( 1 hour lunch) * LKL Associates is a family-owned business supplying construction material to commercial and residential builders since 1978.
We are known as the industry leader in drywall, but we also supply a wide array of other supplies such as roofing, stucco, siding, masonry, steel studs, hollow-framed doors, acoustical ceiling panels and much more! We have multiple locations throughout Utah and Idaho to serve the construction industry.
