An Assistant Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the production process from start to finish.
They help manage complex schedules, including the delivery of raw materials, time spent manufacturing products, and transportation and storage of completed products.
They also ensure that manufacturing equipment and tools function properly and increase an organization’s efficiency.
The ideal candidate should be able to spot and resolve potential problems involving production and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is required.
*RESPONSIBILITIES* * Arrive on time every day scheduled * Maintaining inventory Glass Aluminum Cardboard/foam/banding Bottom rubber/tape Hardware/Track * Meeting Shop Timelines * Quality control * Ensuring doors are staged correctly * Tool maintenance * Maintain a clean front office, bathrooms, showroom and breakroom * Answering questions pertaining to ordering, production and pickup * Assist the Production Manager * Other tasks and assignments *REQUIREMENTS* * 2 years + experience of recent administrative roles.
* Good understanding of quality control principles and service.
* Good communication skills (verbal and written).
* Excellent problem solving skills.
* High school diploma required; and or a higher degree will be appreciated.
* Bilingual (English-Spanish) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
