*Job Summary:* We are seeking an experienced Remodeler to join our team at Jaar Builders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general construction with a focus on remodeling.
As a Remodeler, you will play a vital role in executing various remodeling projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget.
*Responsibilities:* * *Remodeling Expertise:* Apply expertise in general construction and remodeling techniques, including framing, finish work, cabinetry installation, and other relevant skills.
* *Project Execution:* Take responsibility for assigned remodeling projects, overseeing all aspects from planning to completion.
* *Quality Assurance:* Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
* *Collaborative Teamwork:* Work closely with other team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
* *Material Management:* Coordinate the procurement and efficient utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
* *Safety Compliance:* Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.
* *Problem Solving:* Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep projects on track.
* *Client Interaction:* Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs, and providing updates on project progress.
*Qualifications:* * Proven experience in general construction with a focus on remodeling.
* Proficient in various remodeling techniques, tools, and equipment.
