Job overview :
Here at Elevate we have over 20+ years in the retro fit insulation industry.
We work on multiple utility rebate programs to help weatherize homes.
We have offices in multiples states and will need someone that can travel.
Summer is our busiest month and will require overtime while the other parts of the year wont be as crazy.
We are looking for someone that is motivated to progress in a company and oversee all production.
Experience preferred but not absolutely required.
Guaranteed $50,000 with potential to make $80,000 year one
Responsibilities:
- hiring
- Install insulation materials in residential
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas
- Apply insulation to walls, ceilings, floors, and other surfaces using various techniques such as stapling, taping, or gluing
- Seal gaps and cracks in buildings to prevent air leakage
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment while working
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- be able to do energy audits (training will be provided)
