_Heavy Equipment Operator _
Job Description
Loader AND Trackhoe operators needed! Previous loader and trackhoe experience is NECESSARY including backfill and trench experience.
Operators dig trenches for utilities, sewer main, water main, storm drain, clearing and grubbing of the jobsite, concrete and asphalt preparation, etc.
Also, physical labor is needed from time to time and includes hand shoveling, laying pipe and connections, setting up and using lasers and GPS systems.
Must be able to carry 60 lbs or more.
PAY IS NEGOTIABLE UPON EXPERIENCE!
Responsibilities
Operators are responsible for operating heavy equipment.
Installation of all underground utilities.
Backfilling of utilities, packing materials and jobsite cleanup.
Performs daily inspection of all fluids, and maintenance to ensure proper and safe operation.
Legible daily records.
Qualifications
2 years prior experience with loader and/or trackhoe required.
Special consideration given to operators with prior excavation experience.
Starting pay rate is negotiable, dependent on experience and skill level.
Pre-employment drug test and valid driver's license mandatory.
