Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our team.
As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of outdoor spaces by performing various landscaping and groundskeeping duties.
This is a full-time position that requires expertise in hardscape, mowing, and landscape maintenance.
Duties:
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall landscape
- Maintain and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides to promote healthy growth of plants
- Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Dig trenches for drainage systems or utility lines
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Remove snow from walkways and driveways during winter months
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques
- Familiarity with various lawn care tools and equipment
- Ability to operate power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
