We are seeking a talented Staging Installation Specialist to join our team and ensure that our vacation rentals are beautifully furnished and ready to welcome guests.
Position Overview: As a Staging Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling furniture, arranging décor, stocking amenities, and performing basic handyman tasks to prepare our vacation rentals for guests.
You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience by creating comfortable and beautiful spaces that exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities: * Assemble furniture and fixtures, ensuring they are sturdy and meet quality standards.
* Hang artwork, mirrors, curtains, and wall decor * Arrange and style furniture and decorative items to create inviting spaces.
* Hang TVs and mount other electronic devices, ensuring proper installation and functionality.
* Perform basic handyman tasks, including painting, and installing light fixtures.
* Follow staging guidelines and style preferences provided by the company to create consistent and attractive designs.
* Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure seamless transition to launch property to go live for guests * Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail while working independently or as part of a team.
Requirements: * Previous experience in furniture assembly, staging, or interior design is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of basic use of tools.
* Ability to follow staging guidelines and instructions * Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all installations and arrangements are flawless and functional.
* Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving furniture and equipment.
* Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and coordinate with different teams effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with team members.
