Project Engineer- Electrical Engineer (Substations)

Eligible applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and preferably a minimum of 5 years’ experience with power engineering—specifically substations.
Principal Duties: Create electrical engineering designs that meet customer needs and expectations Manage all design projects assigned to him/her within the budgeted estimates.
Ensure all CAD drawings accurately reflect design.
Answer production questions as necessary from production field.
Accurately log all design time to designated project.
Perform on-site inspections as needed.
Provide technical support and PLC programming on site as necessary.
Write proposals, business correspondence and procedures.
Communicate complex, technical material in a simple, clear and concise manner.
Work with computer software packages such as AutoCad, Microsoft Office, database applications, industry specific software, and other basic software programs.
