Schedule:
1st Shift (6am-2pm) and 3rd Shift (10pm-6am) available.

3rd shift receives an additional 1.
25 an hour for shift differential.
Incentives:
Sign-On Payout Schedule: $500 at 90 days of continuous employment
Retention Payout Schedule: $500 at 6m / $500 at 1y with continuous employment
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year + experience operating various mechanical machines in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide to figure label counts and conversions.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to use simple Windows-based applications.
Must be able regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Responsibilities:

Reports all safety concerns or issues to immediate supervisor
Maintains a clean and safe work environment
Learn and perform entry level manufacturing tasks, while training to take on more advanced machine operating responsibilities.
Maintain a good attitude and be willing to learn
