Frustration Free Solutions (FFS) is a manufacturing company in Utah / Idaho which focuses on products that are primarily sold through eCommerce sales channels.
Our products include toys, games, and plush to name a few.
We have several products in the works for 2020.
FFS is a sister company to Canyonwall who manages the marketing for FFS in the eCommerce world.
FFS is looking for a project oriented, creative person to be part of our product development team in our Provo office.
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the product development life-cycle from ideation to product design to sourcing to making the product retail ready to assisting with logistics and ultimately taking the product to market.
In the process, there is much required analysis, research, and qualification of different ideas.
Responsibilities and Duties
Research potential product for market viability
Take product ideas and develop & execute daily, weekly & monthly action plans
Create design/production timeline
Coordinate with outside designer, sourcing agents, & logistics companies
Troubleshoot potential pit falls by developing solutions
Expound on potential features of the the products worked on
Oversee the design of the product, packaging, instructions, warnings, etc
Implement best practices and procedures for the overall process
Qualifications and Skills
Must have or be actively working towards a college degree in business or a field of study that supports position
Project management organization and leadership skills are a must
Attention to detail, ability to analyze information quickly, communicate professionally
Requires a self-driven, organized, and proactive mindset
Needs ability to build relationships and work cross functionally within partner teams
Must be able to work in a young company environment with high level change
Requires ability to quickly pick up various software systems and data analysis tools
Highest levels of integrity and ethics are a must
Basic understanding of Microsoft and Adobe applications (desired)
The successful candidate will be smart, organized, and able to drive results without being micromanaged.
