Repairs and maintains fleet vehicles and equipment including heavy to light trucks, cars, forklifts and vending refrigeration units by performing the following duties.
Job Description Primary Location: Springville, Utah ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reads problem description and diagnosis equipment to determine malfunction and corrective action necessary for repair.
Inspects vehicles and/or defective equipment Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on all fleet vehicle systems.
Overhauls ga or diesel engines.
Examines protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on vehicles, and makes adjustments.
Lubricates moving parts and drives or operates repaired vehicles and equipment to verify conformance to specifications.
Installs special lifting or towing attachments, hydraulic systems, shields, or other devices according to technical manuals or schematic drawings.
Performs minor maintenance and repair of building and plant equipment including, air-conditioning, plumbing, cable installation and other mechanical related components.
Wears company provided uniform and safety devices as appropriate to comply with safety standards and to present a professional image.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Ability to obtain Commercial Drivers License, Class A, Airbrake endorsement.
Must meet company driver qualifications.
Utah State Safety Inspection; Passenger Car, Light Truck, Heavy Truck & Trailer.
