MAINTENANCE/FACILICTY SUPERVISOR

We are currently looking for Maintenance/Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Springville, UT.

As a Maintenance/Facilities Supervisor, you will: •Oversee Fixx Maintenance Software System to ensure PM's and work orders are up to date.
•Oversight the planning and coordinating of repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance (PM) work on Innovative Labs facilities and plant equipment.
This includes, but it is not limited to, construction, remodeling.
retrofitting, repair maintenance, preventative maintenance, maintenance contracts, installations, upgrades, furniture, security systems, grounds and space planning.
• Directs and oversee the activities of all Facilities Technicians and facilities contractors • Responsible for boiler, cooling tower and chilled water system chemistries • Responsible for the building exteriors, parking lots and grounds • Work with vendors to acquire parts or equipment required for plant equipment or facility maintenance • React quickly to facility/equipment breakdowns • Follow GMP standards and guidelines • Understand and apply information set forth in company SOP’s • Handle confidential information • Ability to understand and interpret product quality, specifications, and regulatory documents • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally orally, in writing and in person What we are looking for: • High School Diploma or GED • Facilities related trade school or certifications • 10+ years related work experience Physical Demands Frequently involves sedentary work.
